Cancellation and Return Policies

Cancellation:

• You can cancel your order within 2 days from the date of your purchase.

• To meet the cancellation deadline, you must send your cancellation request before the 2-day period ends.

• Cancellation effects: We will reimburse you in 14 days from the day which we recieved your cancellation request. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the transaction, and you will not incur any fees for such reimburstment.

Return and Refund Policy:

All return requests must be done within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

- Return process:

• To return an item. please email customer service at aliahussain.art@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After recieving a RMA number,  a courier will contact you to recieve the item back. Please place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase. 

• If you paid cash upon purchasing the item, you will recieve a refund on the day of collecting the returned item.

• In cases of Credit Card/ Debit Card payments, we will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day which we recieved your return request, and you will not incur any fees for such reimburstment.

• Exemptions: All damaged items of any kind by the customer cannot be returned or exchanged.

• In cases of recieving defective or damaged products by us, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
